She received the Reiki I attunement in 1997. In 2006 Trish became a level III practitioner. She has studied CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute.

A practitioner of Tai Qi, Qi Kung and meditation since 1992, Trish has taught at the Center for Anti-Violence Education-Brooklyn Women's Martial Arts and at the Asian American Arts Center in Manhattan.

She has been a volunteer Licensed Acupuncturist with CRREW (Community Relief & Rebuilding through Education and Wellness), doing ear treatments for stress - a service provided to the post 9/11 community.

Trish has been certified by Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, NYC, in Acupuncture for the cancer patient.
